About This Service
Most window problems are not window problems. They are flashing and trim problems. We remove the old unit, inspect and repair the rough opening, then set the new window level and square with a proper water management detail behind the trim.
We handle straight replacements, full frame replacements and brand new openings cut into an existing wall, including the header work that a new opening requires.
Inside and out, the window gets finished. Exterior trim and caulk, interior casing, stool and apron, painted or stained to match the room.
