What We Do in Ocean Beach
Fire Island work is its own discipline. Everything arrives by ferry and cart, and every material has to survive full exposure to salt and wind.
Most of Ocean Beach is elevated beach houses on pilings, accessible only by ferry. That shapes the work: full interior and exterior renovations, kitchens, baths, decks, windows, doors, patios and paver work, with the same crew that quotes your project building it.
